ASIVEGA is the largest association of real estate agencies on Costa Blanca, with more than 50 agencies and over 3500 properties sold per year. The properties available for collaboration in the MLS system can be viewed here.
For Individual Agent:
For individual agents who bring their clients to us and recommend our agency, we have developed a special bonus system. Bonuses are paid after the transaction, depending on the commission size of the transaction. Additionally, buyers referred to us by a collaborator have access to any property in our database, including new constructions.

Collaborating with us means that your clients have access to an extensive client database, and the cost of all services for clients from collaborators is the same as if the client came to our office, making our collaboration transparent.
Clients referred by the collaborator are served by the most qualified and experienced sales managers, and collaborators, during the process of working with the client, always have the opportunity to consult with our manager about the progress of the work.
