When I started creating the real estate agency in 2015, I determined that our main advantage would be a wide selection of properties. This was achieved when our agency had the honor of becoming a member of the largest association of real estate agencies on the Costa Blanca — ASIVEGA. This allowed us to offer our clients not only our properties but also the properties of 60 of our partners in the secondary market. The second step was to sign collaboration agreements with developers and train the agents in the agency for new constructions, who have experience in construction and know all the projects in the region. However, we remain independent, we are not affiliated with any developer and we work on the client’s side, honestly telling about each property.

What does the name Granfield Estate mean?

It is a combination of two words: the Spanish "gran", which means "large", and the English "field", which can be translated as "field". Adding the word "estate", we get an association with the phrase "large field of properties". Thus, we emphasize one of our main advantages for the client: a large selection of properties, which we consider important at the stage of choosing a property.

What does your logo mean?

Our logo was created with the same principle as the name. In the logo, we combined two meanings: the image of a house as a symbol of property and a crown, which reveals one of our key values: customer service. Every client will feel like royalty. It is precisely our effort to provide the best service, not marketing, the personal brand of the director or mentions on social networks, that makes us successful. Thanks to this, every second client of our agency knows us not through advertising, but through their friends and acquaintances who recommend us.
