Our specialist will regularly visit your property and conduct a thorough inspection following a strict 10-point checklist:

• Check the locks on the front door – just in case someone tried to pop in uninvited.
• Inspect the windows – making sure there’s no rattling or cracks from the wind.
• Visual check of all rooms – we’ll ensure your house hasn’t thrown any parties without you.
• Look for leaks in the bathroom and kitchen – water should only be where it belongs.
• Inspect the terrace, patio, and other cozy corners – because you’re not the only one missing the sunshine.
• Check that all internal doors are open – let the air flow, as per Mediterranean tradition.
• Check the fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher – no unexpected life forms are starting up in there.
• Ensure there’s electricity – so your cozy nest doesn’t turn cold while you’re away.
• Check water taps – making sure everything works like clockwork.
• Switch off electricity and water during long absences – your house deserves a break, too!

We’ll also open all windows to air out the property, preventing any unwanted mold from moving in while you’re apart. Plus, we’ll collect your mail and can even open important letters on your behalf (like bills), so you don’t face any unpleasant surprises like fines for late payments. Your keys will be stored in our safe as a precious treasure. • Standard price – €600. But don’t worry, we have an offer that will warm your heart just like reuniting with your home after a long separation!

For our loyal clients, premium program members, and those who purchased property through Granfield Estate, we offer special rates. Think of it as a discount on a ticket to see your loved one, but even better!

• For an apartment: Only €390 per year – that’s just €32 a month. Cheaper than a train ticket to visit your beloved home, and you'll save a lot more on nerves!
• For a house or townhouse: Only €490 per year – that’s €40 a month. For that price, you’ll get more than just peace of mind, you’ll get a long-distance love affair!

The service is available in Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa. If your home is waiting for you further afield, it’s just €1.4 per kilometer – it’s like extending your journey a bit, but it's worth it for the reunion!
