Ciudad Quesada is a large residential urbanisation in the municipality of Rojales, built around the La Marquesa golf course and known for one of the most established international communities on the Costa Blanca. It sits inland, about 6–7 km from the beaches of Guardamar and La Mata — close enough for the sea, far enough for quiet streets and lower prices.
Property in Ciudad Quesada
Quesada was developed as a place to live rather than to visit. Streets are wide, plots are generous, and daily life runs on its own commercial centre with supermarkets, restaurants, medical centres and bars that stay open through the winter — which is not true of every coastal resort nearby. The La Marquesa course is the anchor, and around it lie residential pockets such as Lo Marabú.
Our current listings here are detached villas and bungalows priced from about €322,000 to €598,000, typically with a private pool, three bedrooms and a garden — the format Quesada is built for. If you are looking specifically for an apartment, the choice is wider a few minutes away: see our listings in Rojales, Torrevieja and Guardamar del Segura.
Alicante–Elche airport is roughly 40 minutes by car, Murcia airport about the same. The salt lakes of La Mata and Torrevieja are a short drive north, and the natural park of Guardamar dunes lies directly between Quesada and the coast.
