We find ourselves in the well known area of Florida, with unobstructed views of a wooded park to the front, and sea views to the back, from the 31 m2 solarium.
Upon entering this beautiful furnished 3 bedroom duplex, you are greeted by a bright and spacious living room, which has its own toilet.
The kitchen is independent, and next to it we find the first bedroom, which has an independent exit to the interior and private corridor of the quiet urbanization.
