When I started creating the real estate agency in 2015, I determined that our main advantage would be a wide selection of properties. This was achieved when our agency had the honor of becoming a member of the largest association of real estate agencies on the Costa Blanca — ASIVEGA. This allowed us to offer our clients not only our properties but also properties from 60 of our partners on the secondary market. The second step was signing cooperation agreements with developers and training brokers in new buildings within the company, who have expertise in construction and know all the projects in the region. At the same time, we remain independent, not affiliated with any developer, and work on the client’s side, honestly telling about each property.
Hello, my name is Olga. My areas of responsibility at Granfield Estate are finance and the rental department, which manages and leases properties purchased by our clients for long-term or tourist rental. This approach to property ownership allows many of our foreign clients not only to cover the costs of maintaining their property but also to generate a completely passive income. We provide a full range of property management services, including advertising, maintenance, and legal support. Our goal is to maximize the satisfaction and profitability of our clients' investments, making the property ownership process as carefree and efficient as possible.
Hello, my name is Oksana. I am a senior specialist in the legal department. Our department handles the preparation and execution of real estate transactions in Spain. We help our clients open accounts in Spanish banks, including mortgage approval, obtaining NIE, and performing other necessary actions. Our team also provides document translation services, including certified translations by a sworn translator (traductor jurado). I have extensive experience in processing residence permits (residencias) for investors and their families. As you can see, we offer a full range of services so that our clients can feel confident and comfortable at all stages of the transaction and adaptation in Spain.
The Granfield Estate team helps choose and profitably buy properties, accompanies the transaction "turnkey," and after the purchase helps to adapt in Spain. We have been working since 2015.
