Algorfa is a village of around 4,000 people in the Vega Baja, and almost everything we list here sits in one place: La Finca Golf & Spa Resort. That concentration is the point — a gated, landscaped golf resort at village prices, with the beach 20 minutes away.
Property in Algorfa
Algorfa itself is a working Spanish village with a plaza, a health centre and a weekly market, set among lemon and orange groves. Two kilometres away, La Finca Golf is a different world: an 18-hole championship course designed by Pepe Gancedo, a spa hotel, mature gardens and low-rise housing spread along the fairways.
The stock reflects that. Bungalows and apartments start at €159,000 and typically come with communal pools, gardens and parking. Villas run from mid-range family houses with private pools up to €1,800,000 for large golf-front properties. There are also townhouses and penthouses, and a second small pocket of housing at Castillo de Montemar.
Distances are short and predictable: Guardamar and La Marina beaches 18–20 km, Almoradí and Rojales for supermarkets and services within 10 minutes, Alicante–Elche airport about 35 minutes. Algorfa suits buyers who want golf, quiet and a managed community, and who do not need to be able to walk to the sea.
